2.4c is the most current version of Squeak 2.4.  The next version,
Squeak 2.5 has been released and the different versions will be
uploaded over the next few days (11 August 99)

Please download all of these files in BINARY mode and make sure that
your unarchiving program does not do any text conversion.  

If you are new to Squeak, Squeak 2.5 at
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/2.5/ is probably a better
place to begin.  In particular, if none of the below makes sense you
really want to get Squeak 2.5.

If you have a Mac download Squeak2.4c-mac.sea.bin.

Otherwise, for all other systems you need to download
Squeak2.4c.changes and Squeak2.4.image.  In addition you need the VM
(Virtual Machine) for your particular system.  Finally you also need
to download SqueakV2.sources.sea.bin which is in
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/2.0/. 

If you have something other than a Mac or a Win32 system you will need
to check the downloading section of http://www.squeak.org for
instructions.
